This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how Hobby & Fisi ("Hobby", “we”, “our”, “us”), with registered address in Kolokotroni 45, 20300, Loutraki, Greece uses your personal data collected via its website eshop.hobbyfisi.com ("Website"). Please read this Policy carefully. Hobby is the data controller of your personal data.

A.        When you use our Contact Form

 

The Contact Form is used to contact us, in order for us to address any queries/concerns you may have. The mandatory fields are the name, the email and the type of need or question you may have. In this case, processing is based on your prior consent or on our legitimate interests which are not overridden by your interests, fundamental rights or freedoms. We may also email after your enquiry in order to follow up on your interest and ensure that we have answered it to your satisfaction.

 

B.         When you purchase a product from our website.

 

When you purchase products from us online, we ask you for your name, address, contact telephone number, email address. We use this information to process your order and to send you your products and invoice or receipt. We may use your telephone number to contact you regarding your purchase. We require this information in order to process your payment, deliver your products or services and fulfill our contract with you. We do not retain your credit card information.

Passwd

The MD5 hash of the _COOKIE_KEY_ in config/settings.inc.php and the password the customer

used to log in.

Email

The email address that the customer used to log in.

id_cart

The ID of the current cart displayed in the cart block.

Checksum

The Blowfish checksum used to determine whether the cookie has been modified by a third party.

The customer will be logged out and the cookie deleted if the checksum doesn't match.

 

All of the above cookies are stored for 36 hours and then deleted.
